1:30 PM, "New MCC Moderator Installation"
We will gather
in the National Cathedral in Washington, DC, the historic "House of Prayer
for All People" to celebrate the installation of our new moderator,
Rev. Elder Nancy Wilson. The theme of this service will be "Unfinished World,
Unfinished Calling." We will also gather for special receptions, worship and

1:00 PM, "Joy in the Afternoon"
MCC Baltimore is celebrating 33 years of ministry and service
in an afternoon of music-filled celebration. MCC Baltimore's
own gospel choir will be joined by other choirs from around the
area to provide a praise filled afternoon. The event is free and
will be immediately followed by a potluck dinner. |

6:00 PM, "What Dreams May Come"
Come out and enjoy this visually-stunning movie about the power
of love over death. The movie begins at 6:00 PM and there will be
time for a short discussion following the flick. The movie and popcorn
are free but please bring a few dollars if you would like to share
some pizza, soda, and snacks. For more information, please contact

6:00 PM, "Hotel Rwanda"
Come out and enjoy this powerful movie about a man's conversion
story in the face of human horror. The movie begins at 6:00 PM and
there will be time for a short discussion following the flick. The
movie and popcorn are free but please bring a few dollars if you

MCC Baltimore: Beginning November
28, 2004: 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM Worship Services
at the W. Monument Street
location in Baltimore, MD. There is a Fellowship time between
the two services.

MCC Baltimore is changing its Sunday morning schedule. Beginning
Sunday November 28, 2004 the 10:30 AM service is replaced with two separate
services.

9 AM Traditional Celebration
10 AM Hospitality Hour
11 AM Praise Celebration
Wednesdays
7:30 PM Whosoever Wednesdays
The 9:00 AM Traditional Celebration is a more reflective worship, drawing
on our varied liturgical traditions while still proclaiming MCC’s
liberating message of God’s love for all people.
The 11:00 AM Praise Celebration is an enthusiastic, free-flowing time
of singing and proclamation.
Children’s program available.
The 7:30 PM Whosoever Wednesdays Celebration is a casual midweek gathering
with inspirational songs, motivating testimonials, and spiritual healing.

Our Wednesday evening service is a casual midweek gathering every wednesday
night filled with inspirational songs, motivating testimonials &
spiritual healing!!! COME CHECK US OUT!

GOSPEL CHORUS
Our wonderful Gospel Chorus usually sings on the third Sunday of each
month at the morning service. Rehearsals are usually the day before
these services. They also perform at special church and community events.
Their rehearsal schedule and locations are printed in the Higher
Ground.
